Guided Tour Of Triana
Would you like to discover one of the most magical places in Seville?
This tour will take us through the colourful streets of Triana, a neighbourhood full of charm and seafaring flavour, the birthplace of the sailors who set sail for the New World. We will visit the Church of Santa Ana, one of the most beautiful churches in Seville, which houses images related to the Age of Discovery.
We will also explore this neighbourhood as seen through its traditional pottery. The clay-rich soils of the Guadalquivir Valley and the city’s position—next to the river and almost at sea level—required the creation of ceramic objects for the extraction, storage and consumption of water.
