Guided Tour Of The Museum Of Fine Arts
On this tour we will learn about the most important pictorial and sculptural works in the museum’s permanent collection, as well as the history of the museum itself, which is housed in the former convent of La Merced, dating back to the 13th century.
As the collection’s provenance lies in works from disentailed convents and monasteries, the bulk of the works are religious paintings, mostly from Seville’s Baroque period.
