Guided Tour Of Italica
In Santiponce, a quiet village that has managed to preserve the rural charm typical of small Sevillian villages, lies Italica, a Roman city founded after the battle of Ilipa, characterised by its wide streets, oversized buildings and a sewer system that is impossible to find due to the city’s modern design.
On this tour we will learn about the contributions of Trajan and Hadrian to the fame and splendour of this imperial city through its archaeological heritage.
