Cancellation Policy

If the tour is canceled 48 hours before the start of the service, the amount will be refunded, except for costs such as ticket reservations, vehicle rentals, etc., which are non-refundable.

If the visit is canceled within 48 hours before the start of the tour, it will be considered a “no-show” and no refund will be issued.

If the tour must be canceled due to force majeure, such as adverse weather conditions that make it impossible to conduct the visit, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the tour or reschedule it for another day at no extra cost.
